Corrections & Updates Policy
How NSNA handles errors, clarifications and updates — and how to ask for one.
Last updated: October 2026
What we correct
Factual errors — names, titles, figures, dates, places and quotations — are corrected as soon as they are confirmed. The corrected article carries a note at the top recording what was changed and the time of the change.
Material that is accurate but unclear is clarified in the same way. Changes that alter the meaning of a report are never made silently.
Developing stories
Reports on developing events are updated as new information is confirmed. Updates are added to the same article at its original address, with the update time shown, so the public record stays in one place.
Requesting a correction
Write to info@nsnamedia.com with “Correction” in the subject line, the article’s address, and the detail you believe is wrong. Confirmed errors are corrected the same working day wherever possible.
