Prime Minister Appoints Maj. Gen. Mohamed Salah Al-Din Farah as Deputy Director General of Police
Prime Minister Mohamed Hassan Al-Taishi issued Decision No. 41 appointing Maj. Gen. Mohamed Salah Al-Din Farah Deputy Director General of Police, under Article 73(b) of the Transitional Constitution and as part of the plan to complete state institutions, directing state bodies to implement it from its date of issue.
Prime Minister Mr. Mohamed Hassan Al-Taayshi issued Decree No. (41), appointing Police Major General (Rights/Legal) Mohamed Salah Al-Din Farah as Deputy General Director of Police.
The Prime Minister’s decision is based on and pursuant to the provisions of Article (73), Paragraph (b) of the Transitional Constitution of Sudan for the year 2025, and falls within the government's plan to complete the structures and institutions of the state.
The decree directed all state organs and relevant authorities to take the necessary measures for its implementation and to act in accordance with it from the date of its issuance.
