Tasis Says Its Forces Liberated Al-Kaili–Kilo 6, Sali and Strategic Sites in New Funj Region

The Sudan Founding Alliance (Tasis) said its forces had liberated Al-Kaili–Kilo 6, Sali and several strategic military sites in the New Funj region of Blue Nile, seizing military equipment, and called on army personnel in Damazin and the region to surrender, promising humane treatment under international law.

In an important statement issued today, Wednesday, November 4, 2026, the Founding Forces of the Sudan Coalition ("TASIS") announced a new victory with the liberation of the "Al-Kili - Kilometer 6" and Sali areas, along with a number of strategic military sites in the New Fung region, following a humiliating defeat inflicted upon Al-Burhan's militia and the terrorist Islamic Movement battalions.

The forces stated that they have seized a plentiful stockpile of military equipment in the liberated sites, considering that the control over these areas—which hold strategic and military importance—will have significant repercussions on the course of operations in the region. They added that their heroes taught Al-Burhan's militias a lesson in valor and bravery, as the cowards fled pursued by defeat, loss, and disillusionment, while "TASIS" fighters advanced until the liberation of the terrorists' last strongholds in the region.

As part of the statement, the TASIS forces issued an urgent appeal to the individuals serving within the ranks of the Muslim Brotherhood army militia in Ad-Damazin and the Blue Nile/New Fung region, urging them to surrender rather than persist in the current operational situation, which they described as a "military suicide" that will not change the inevitable outcome of the ongoing battles. They affirmed that their forces deployed in the region guarantee their safety and proper humanitarian treatment in accordance with international laws and norms.

The statement emphasized that today's achieved victory reflects the determination and resolve of the valiant TASIS forces to move forward to fully liberate the homeland from the terrorist remnants who pose a threat to the people of Sudan and the peoples of the region. It noted that its forces are working with full confidence and steadfastness to advance toward new positions very soon, with the aim of liberating the entire homeland and achieving stability for the people.
